The hiring process at PolitAnalytics takes an average of 14 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Frontend Developer had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Frontend Developer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
They send you set of tasks with time limit of 6 hours. And they don't even review it with attention. I submitted solutions to all tasks in wanted format, yet in their feedback they said " No solution to review" for the more than half of the tasks.
I double checked the format and send my feedback no reply whatsoever, if you want to waste 6 hours for this kind of company, dozo

I applied for their frontend dev role and really wish I didn't.
For the candidates looking to apply to PolitAnalytics AG/Politik.ch, here is a list of things to expect during their hiring process
RED FLAG 1: A 6-hour challenge, trying to test applicants on absolutely everything. Whoever invented it has zero skills to hire people. If the expectation from a dev (especially a junior one) to do so much during an interview, the question is what are they going to be asked to do day-to-day in a real world environment?
RED FLAG 2: Complete radio silence following the challenge submission and the need to repeatedly chase them up, beg for feedback and having no guarantee you will get it
RED FLAG 3: Purposefully mean and challenging recruitment process, trying to get the best they can for the cheapest money possible without regards for anyone's wellbeing
