Pollards Print Junior PHP Developer interview questions

There were 2 interviews one over Zoom and one in person at the company headquarters. The interviewer was polite and friendly but it was very hard to get interview time confirmations and feedback after the interview. The second interview ( in person ) got cancelled and postponed on the morning of the interview day through a text message. I understand that schedules can change but it's polite to call instead of text message a candidate. After the second interview happened the outcome took around 5 weeks and I just heard back after personally emailing the interviewer. I am not sure if they would have informed me anything about the outcome if I haven't emailed them first, quite disrespectful.
