Question 1
introduce yourself
although i didn't know one the tools(dbt) they used, he asked me if i am ready to learn and how close this tool(dbt) is to your skillset?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Polyteia in Jul 2024
Interview
Had a very poor impression of the company, which demonstrated a lack of respect for people's time & expertise.
Steps: 1) HR call 2) Call with PM 3) In-person case study presentation
While the first 2 steps were fairly normal, the case study brief was poorly written and had extremely unrealistic expectations for the 3 days given. It turned out to be a project that the founder was looking to implement, and it became pretty clear that he was much more interested in a free consultation.
Avoid interviewing here if you have the option.

Question 1
Design a drag-and-drop workflow builder with conditional logic.

Interview
The interview wasn't traditional. Instead of it being with HR, it was a surprise to have someone from another department appear. She was kind of nice at first but didn't know how to hold a poker face. As soon as she didn't hear what she wanted to hear, she had lost interest and seemed she wanted to end the call. I recommend interviewer lessons.
