The first three interviews went very well, everyone I spoke with before the final round was professional, friendly, informative and on time. However, my experience with the CEO during the final interview was disappointing. He joined the meeting a few minutes late, which I didn’t mind, but after logging in, I waited several more minutes while he handled something off-screen. Throughout the conversation, his tone felt rushed, and when I asked questions about the company, the responses were brief and quick. The interaction felt impersonal, which was surprising given how positive the earlier interviews were.
