I was asked around 20 questions, presumably to understand my thought process and preferences. However, the questions were obscure and the interviewer was not interested in me explaining the reasoning ... so I was unsure of his interpretations. It was quite weird. Example question were 'What single word would you use to describe the best skill of your boss; What skill would your boss use to describe you'?
