I applied online and was called back by a hiring manager within a few days. Phone interview basically went over my resume. Went in for personality test and then to 1-1 with marketing manager, not the sales manager. Pay is commission only. You work six days on call and must come in for two a.m.meetings week. You must pay all your gas, tolls, etc. The company is going through many changes. The management is autocratic and bullying and it is a revolving door. The old pros have moved on. If you have a college education, you can do better than this. Pennsylvania office seems much more functional.
