The process was very streamlined and efficient. A recruiter contacted me and from there set up an in office interview with the RVP. He asked about goals and expectations for my future and showed genuine interest in me and how the company culture can help me reach those goals. I had two more interviews after the first and was hired on the third.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
