Pragma Edge is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever come across. They conduct fake fresher drives with 6+ useless rounds (GD, coding, technical, PM round, managerial, HR), wasting everyone’s time. I personally know many people who cleared even the HR round and still never got any response back. Their HR team is the rudest bunch of people you will ever deal with — no manners, no courtesy, not even the decency to send a rejection email.
After fooling freshers and promoting their drives heavily, they don’t hire anyone. Later, they shamelessly start conducting drives for experienced candidates for the same jobs. If you never had plans to hire freshers, why play with their time and careers?
On top of that, they expect freshers to agree to 3.6 year bonds, submit original documents, and work in rotational shifts like slaves for years. This company clearly exploits people and has no respect for freshers.
Warning: If you see their advertisements for fresher hiring, don’t believe them. They have already fooled many, including me and my friends, who wasted weeks preparing and interviewing for nothing. Stay away from them.
