Good. They follow Topgrading Interview technique which involves three levels of interview. First is a telephonic round by HR, second round is technical and the third round is a panel round where questions are related to competencies.

The interview revolved around my CV and included questions related to academics . They were checking for cultural fit. Can you tell me a little about yourself? What do you know about the company?
