4 Rounds of Interview. First phone interview with Hiring Manager, followed by in person interviews with a team of 6 people , 2 people interviewed as a group for 30 minutes each.

- Old fashioned - Incompetent managers (be careful who you are interviewing with), if you realize that they don't know what they talk about or their answers to your questions are vague, then stay away from that position - Job description didn't match the real day-to-day tasks - Most of their positions are way higher set than the usual real world out there (e.g. a Premera manager wouldn't get far with their knowledge and experience if they would apply to a top 100 company) - Add a higher seniority level to your last position and that's what you should apply for at Premera
