The interview was easy and simple unlink many other companies that make you jump through hoops. That is hard to find these days I appreciate that! Other companies will make you fill out several assessments and then come back for 3 interviews. I had 2 and that was it!

The interview process went on for about 6 months and I was tossed around to be interviewed to several different teams, Optime, Clindoc, Cadence as I posses certifications and 15 years of experience as an analyst. After 6 months of being tossed around and ghosted I finally got rejection emails. I turned down offers while I was in the process of interviewing for Premier. Turns out Premier does not value experience over degree requirements which to me does not seem equitable in 2024, thanks for wasting 6 months of my time.
