Informal. Asked usual customer service questions. Lasted about 30 minutes and included a tour of the hotel. Manager was friendly and made the interview feel more like a conversation than an interview
It was pretty easy and straightforward. I was offered to do a trial shift later on the day of my interview. Communication was great from the management and the team was welcoming. Overall my experience was fantastic!
