Applied online. Recruiter called me to set up interview. Interviewed with the HCM mainly. Chatted with the NPs. Tour of facility and meet other nursing staff. I spent about 2 to 3 hours there that day. Felt welcomed.
They reached out same day of application for Phone screen. Recruiter had typical resume questions, then move on to in person interview if qualified within a week. I was told I’d receive follow up and did.
