I participated in a 3 part interview which started with a phone interview. I had a lovely conversation with Marni, the owner. She is a smart and educated woman, and we talked for about 30 minutes. At the end of the phone interview, I was invited for a face to face interview the next day. I spent about 90 minutes with both Marni and her husband Paul. We had a great interview discussing everything from what they wanted in their next employee as well as what I wanted in my next job. They are both very nice and educated, and the interview process was thought provoking and fun. I was told they had narrowed their search down to 4 people, which included me. I was called 4 days later and asked for 3rd and final interview. When I came for this interview, I met with their current employees and got to know them and learn more about their experience and needs. I met with Marni and Paul afterward and we discussed further about our needs and wants if we were to meet. This interview lasted about 70 minutes, and I was informed that I was one of the final 2 for consideration to fill the position. Though the interview went well, I did learn later that afternoon that I did not get the position. Marni was very nice and gracious and thanked me for time and for enjoyed meeting.
