Very easy. Asked simple questions about resident care and how to handle coworker conflict. They reviewed their mission statements as well and asked if we had our certifications/BLS currently. Friendly staff.

I was interviewed by two women, one was a nursing supervisor, and the other had an administrative position. They had several questions for me. How did you hear about us? Why do you want to be a CNA? What would you do if (3 different scenarios) happened? When are you available? What shift are you looking for?

What would you do if someone gave you non-verbal communication that they did not want to receive care?
They also asked what you would do if someone appeared agitated? and then they asked what would you do if you came into a resident's room and the resident was laying on the floor?
