Casual and not intimidating. More of a show and tell about the organization. Trying to parse out skillset and fit. Mostly time spent educating the candidate on how things worked around there. Nothing too challenging and very surface level question covered.

Step 3- In person Interview with the hiring manager (and 2 panelists)
