Sat down with someone named Charlie, decent interview, talked through my past experience. Pressed Cafe would actually be one of the smallest operations I’ve ever run and would be a step down from what I currently do. I just figured after a year or two I’d probably be running multiple locations. When I got the rejection, they said they were concerned I’m not ready to run a large operation like Pressed Cafe… which didn’t make much sense to me.
