Interview
I communicated through email at first with their HR. Then I had an initial phone interview with HR. Then another interview over video call with a Regional Director following the HR interview about a week later

Since this was a position right out of college, they asked what I have been doing with my time or how did I prepare for the interview
the interview process was relaxed but required a lot of thinking. make sure to do research on the company before any of the interviews. they also go over what is expected out of you
Straight forward. Initial HR call then a conversation with a Regional Director. Mainly just trying to see if you are capable of being trained into handling a territory. They like to see you have a team-like mindset and can work without direct supervision
