Convoluted and unnecessarily burdensome - interviewer rescheduled appointment various times, making difficult to properly prepare; Interview itself was average (very mundane questions asked) and could tell that the interviewer had not reviewed applicant materials (resume, cover letter, etc) which caused me to decline offer
