It was a zoom video call with HR where they asked the common interview questions for an entry level role. Nothing too technical as the role was decently simple. Unfortunately a decade of experience in IT doesn't qualify one for data entry.

Pretty basic questions, such as asking about previous experience and current career interests. You discuss with a recruiter and then with a manager for the field you might enter. The questions are similar in the second interview, however, that will be the deciding point of whether you will receive the position.
