I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProSciento (Chula Vista, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
The initial screening with the HR coordinator was smooth, professional, and straightforward, which gave a positive first impression of the process. I was then invited for an on-site interview, which lasted nearly two hours. It involved multiple rounds of questioning and also included a short test to assess how neatly you can write in small spaces. The interview itself was thorough, though fairly lengthy for the role.
What was disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. I did not hear back following the interview and only received an update after I sent a follow-up email myself. At that point, I was informed that the position had already been filled.
I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but clearer and more timely communication with candidates would greatly improve the experience.
Informative, felt like I already had the job a they were set on hiring me. Interviewers were very well informed on how the company works and the process for onboarding.
Company is not respectful of time or communicative to those asked to interview. I was scheduled for an interview with a date and time and the talent manager never called or communicated that he couldn't make the interview. Be wary of the lack of professionalism in the hiring department.
