Process interview questions

HR interview, followed by take-home task. The HR person is very polite and to the point, usual HR questions were asked. The first meeting was very straightforward. Second round was a take home assignment, which was said to be simple and shouldn't take more than 4 hours. Except it was very complex and took over 2 days to complete. Overall, it was an ok experience and they seem nice.

I recently had a typical HR interview that provided a good insight into the company and allowed me to present myself effectively. The interview was conducted in English, which began with an overview of the company's goals and values. This was followed by a discussion about my background and experiences. The conversation then shifted towards evaluating my soft skills, where I was asked to detail my strengths and areas for improvement. The questions were straightforward and focused on understanding how I could contribute to the team and fit into the company culture. Overall, the interview was well-structured, with clear communication from the HR representative.
