Applied on 15 March, invited to take the Reasoning Test on-site on 24 March. I found it pretty difficult, but luckily I had practiced and researched P&G's tests. Found out an hour later that I had passed. On 5 April I was invited to a face-to-face interview for the next day, but wasn't sent the sample questions until 10pm that evening! Wanting to be as prepared as possible, I re-scheduled for the day after.
The interviewer was very friendly, however her interview style was completely different to what I expected. Rather than ask direct behavioural interview questions (like in the sample questions that P&G provide), we discussed my background and then she drove questions from my experiences. She challenged me to elaborate on how certain times in my life made me feel. I was in there for about 30 mins total.
Afterwards I sent a 'thank you' letter, but received no response, which I found pretty rude, it takes 30 seconds maximum to reply. What really annoyed me though was that I had specified on the career portal that I would like to receive a rejection email if I was unsuccessful. However I received nothing, it was only by logging onto the portal that I discovered a template sentence that my qualifications were not a match for the position. An email from an actual person would have been nice! I didn't even bother trying to get feedback.
