I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Professional Squash Association (Leeds, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Three stage interview process (initially listed as a two stage process but an additional third stage was added).
There was a video editing task set for the first stage and an ideation test set for the second stage. The third stage was a more informal chat.
The interviews all took place in the PSA’s offices in Leeds and transport was paid for for the third stage interview only.
It was, overall, a challenging but very wholesome process. They were all lovely people and I enjoyed all stages of the interview. It was challenging but fair and appropriate.
