I applied online. I interviewed at Profile Books (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Fantastic. Arrived at the office at a lovely space at the Barbican. Interviewed with the Office Manager and was asked about the knowledge of the company and what I would bring to the role
Interviewed by two people over zoom. Quite informal, they seemed slightly unprepared, very short interview, didn't seem like they cared. Got an email a few days later saying they had progressed with other applicants.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself.
Why do you want to work here?
Two short timed tasks on paper and then the standard interview questions portion, asked by the office manager and one other senior member of staff. Less formal and more conversational than other interviews I've attended which is a real bonus.
