I spoke to one of the founders and he walked me through what the company did in a 'quick' online interview. I had a lot of questions for him and he answered them all fantastically. I was later invited to their office (industrial side of Richmond), where he asked some more technical questions and had me work on one of their machines for a bit.
I pulled out of the interview process due to news from a graduate school application, but this company seemed to be standing very steady and looking to grow in the near future. Management seems to understand their product well and is identifying potential markets to expand into. Definitely one of the best interviews I've had in the Vancouver area.
