Interview
After initial screening, the 1st interview with the hiring manager, the 2nd one with his homologue overseas, the 3rd one with a senior TAM, the 4th one again with the hiring manager and his manager, the 5th one with the country manager. Lengthy but smooth process. I was pleased with it.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then interview with managers, then interview with director. A lot of the interview process was evaluating for fit with culture and team. Process took about 3 weeks with another week before job offer.

Whole process took almost 3 months. Interviews were quickly scheduled but final feedback took 4 weeks.

I was pleased with the whole process and the people I met were friendly and professional.
Although I haven't got the job offer this time, I will surely keep Proofpoint in mind for another opportunity.
