Interview
Your initial interview is mainly used to assess what kind of person you are. If you are motivated then you should have no problem. The department lead will be the one conducting your initial interview. If you pass that process, then you will either be given a second interview with leadership or a working interview to determine if you are someone who vibes with everyone else.
