The interview process was very calm and welcoming. They interview felt more like a conversation with a friend than an actual interview. The manager really listens to your abilities and works on your weaknesses with you throughout the interview.

walked in and met with the unit manager (who was late to the interview) and met some of the nurses on the unit who were very nice and allowed me to ask questions
