Very short and simple. It was more to know my personality more than anything else. They did not really ask anything too intrusive and I felt like they cared which was the most important factor for me.

Interview
Interview was unstructured, non-intimidating. Not a lot of detail about how I fit into the medical group.I met with fellowship director, NP educator, chairman of dept, and had a brief conversation with office manager.
