The Application process is very Automated. everything was done with email, then will get questions texted to you by robot. No actual recruiter. Negative experience. The interview experience was average.
The inital interview was a text self paced screening, I received no call back. The texts were basic questions covering experience, and education with a few knowledge based ones near the end that needed answered.
