I had 6 virtual interviews and a day onsite in Seattle with panel interviews. Everyone I met was someone I could imagine working with.

Virtual interviews were conversational and topics were leadership, marketing experience, and understanding of the business. I met with people who would be my peers, my supervisor, and others. All were done via TEAMS.
The onsite day was very organized and time was scheduled for breaks. I did get the sense there are a lot of politics in this organization which I think is to be expected for an organization of this time.
I was disappointed to not get an offer, but very appreciative of the phone call with valuable feedback on what I can do better for the next time.
I think the process was organized, the people were great, and this would be a great place to work.
