Interview
The interview was fairly straight forward. I interviewed with an HR rep first and then the hiring VP. Then the team in a panel interview and the VP over the department.

What are some major challenges that you feel an organization may face in this industry? How would you minimize those challenges? Can you describe your leadership style? How do you handle setbacks?
There were five rounds of one on one interviews, that were conducted virtually with at least two interviewers. with the final interview being with an HR specialist to determine personality and leadership fit.
