It was a joke. They never checked a references no drug screen etc. I had a 20 minute interview with the chief clinical officer and it was ridiculously easy . So-called orientation was held on my own time unpaid for 2 hours and that's all I got

They asked me zero questions. It was like a MLM pitch to manipulate and convince me to join. They are just going down a list, using high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign quickly without reading the fine print. Trying to put a warm body, any body there.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, then interview with clinical director over telehealth. It was a very quick turnaround. Everyone was really nice and thoughtful. They shared a great deal about what the job entails and the process for onboarding.
