Prior to the interview I viewed the glass door, and upon reading about the management and foh having a divide, I decided to ask why that might be. I normally ask similar questions in an interview, as I want to know what my 40h a week will look like! Anyway, the person interviewing me got incredibly defensive and upset, needless to say that the management is indeed the problem. Probably wouldn’t recommend!
