Interview
I was first contacted by Sapient through my school's Career online service. I was given an 1:1 interview at first. Eventually I was called to interview with them at their location. Everything went great. They focus mainly on your social skills than technical. Honestly I thought I would get the job but did not since I had not been the most "outstanding" in the group interview according to the feedback.

The process was laid back and fun. I was invited to come out for an all day event where they brought out all the other candidates for the position. We had 3 individual interviews and a group exercise.

Interview
It started with a call from the recruiter which led to a 1 hour phone interview with someone from the Chicago office. This led to more calls from the recruiter and then they flew me out to Chicago for a 3 hour in-person interview at the office with 3 different people. I received an offer a couple weeks after that and accepted.
