Interview
I did a phone screen for Publicis Sapient for the Arlington office for a position. I was offered a second phone call interview and later an in-person interview. Throughout this process, it felt like I had to reach out to the HR/Recruiter to get an update of the next following process. I was very disappointed after a while because I thought this company value talent.
After my in-person interview, I never got any update regarding if I got the job or not. I followed up twice and at that point, I relinquished every interest in the company and position. I can handle job rejection very well but the fact that I never heard back after spending time through three processes of a job application is the frustration.
From my point of view, word of mouth spread and for me to have this experience I would not let any person I know apply to a company like that. I would rather save them the headache and use my time to apply somewhere else. In addition, situations like this make your organization lose talent. If your organization is like this imagine what I will experience as an employee dealing with HR. Saving myself from that will be better.

Coding Round(s): You may be asked to solve problems on a whiteboard or use an online coding platform like CoderPad, HackerRank, or LeetCode.
System Design: You may need to design complex systems, explain trade-offs, or discuss architecture choices.
