I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in Mar 2008
Interview
Covered skills at a great depth.
Technically grueling exercises - makes skill assessment clear.
Indication that the company has some good existing talent. Also the company operates under tough market constraints. Important to come out as a savvy consultant.
Recruiter will pursue you aggressively if you are seen as a marketable candidate.
Be aggressive in demonstrating skills and don't make the mistake of not negotiating.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview started nicely but, the interviewer wants the answers what he thinks... i answered well but expectation is higher then the normal. Hope will provide training before the work start.

Question 1
about research types, basics, common topics, case studies etc
HR screening call, followed by four interviews combining behavioral and case work. I had one of my interviews cancelled without notice, and discovered multiple errors in the case data of another call with my interviewer. Case questions were standard, but overall not the most professional interview process. After recruiting with the firm for months, I never heard back about a final decision.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY)
Interview
I was told a salary range when interviewing. Once I received an offer, I was told the initial salary range provided was inaccurate. Waste of time. I wouldn’t have continued past the initial phone screen.
Besides, the misleading pay, interview was easy. Technical questions related to the position you apply for. Interviewers were easy going.
