The main question they asked me was about how I would handle a difficult customer while maintaining Publix’s standard of friendly service.
It was easy. During theninterview the questions were almost more of a “introduce yourself to me” type question rather than super philosophical ones. It was quite easy, and the interview was held on site which was not really a problem for me though.
