It was a behavioral interview. They wanted to see effort and ability to learn and grow. Asked about my past internship experiences, clubs, and part time engineering jobs. Having a good sense of humor seemed to help.

Phone call interview that stared out formal and ended up in a very casual tone. Best advice is to be yourself since it was small office and they were looking for good vibes.
