Done via online platform zoom. Interview was conducted by the area manager of the outlet which needed manpower. It was a short interview about 15 minutes long. Overall was a smooth and easy experience. Interviewer got back to me pretty quick as well.

Simple and chill, no experience required for mine. Got questions like "Are you afraid of blood?" "How long can you commit to this job for?" No technical questions asked. For my actual work experience, I shadowed another dental assistant for half a day and was tasked to assist in a simple procedure (scaling and polishing) later in the evening
