The process started with the Talent Acquisition team reaching out and discussing my roles, responsibilities, and experience. The JD shared matched my current work closely, which made me genuinely interested in the opportunity. The recruiter was proactive and responsive throughout. I went through three rounds of interviews starting with the Hiring Manager, Senior Manager, and AVP the discussions were positive and encouraging. After about a week, I was told that a senior member from the Employee Experience team will connect over call with me for another discussion. However, after nearly a month-long process, I was informed that the position was put on hold due to budget constraints. While I understand business priorities can shift, it was disappointing after investing significant time in multiple rounds. The interviewers were professional, but better alignment before initiating a lengthy process would improve the overall candidate experience.

It was smooth and awesome experience, everything went great and also it was insigntful for me as well. Also had discussion about c# and .net framework as well. Along with this also had clear answers regarding queries and also all staff was being super helpful.
