a written test - according to a short description to make a slide. after passing this, you will receive an email to book a time for the interview. it's online with zoom, about 30 minutes. for the interview, first a small talk, then 6-8 questions, after that is the "what's your questions to their" time. and they will ask you about your professional plan in 3 years.

First there's a small talk about the process of completing the writing test. how you prepare it and how you handle the stress and arrange it. second is a question about why you choose QED education. then is how will you deal with the condition when students and/or tutors complain to you about the class. and take your own examples of dealing with hard-dealing customers/improving students/service customers. Last is how you think about promotion, your idea of the current promotion style and how will you improve it.
