One of the most disappointing interview experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately, the hiring process fell well below expectations. After progressing through three interview rounds and investing significant time and effort into the process, I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of any response or follow-up — especially from an organization of this caliber!
Throughout the interviews, I engaged fully, provided comprehensive answers, and aligned closely with the role’s expectations. That’s why the complete silence afterward is particularly discouraging.
Respecting candidates’ time and effort should be a fundamental part of any hiring process. A simple update—regardless of the outcome—would have reflected a more professional and considerate experience.
Unfortunately, this left me with a very negative impression of the overall process.

Yes. I applied for the position and with in 5 days my interview was scheduled. Two technical managers along with one talent acquisition team were there although this talent acquisition member didnt ask anything, only technical members went on with interview for almost 35-40 minutes. It was overall good experience. Both interviewers were highly professional. Still waiting to hearing about any feeback from them after 2 weeks.

Interview
I applied online on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by the talent acquisition team the very next day. The first screening interview was scheduled on Thursday, followed by a technical interview the following Monday. Everything was conducted online and the coordination was very smooth.
After about two weeks of silence, I followed up via email and was informed I wasn’t selected. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the process overall was professional, timely, and respectful. The interviewers were courteous and the communication clear. A better feedback mechanism post-interview would’ve made it a 5-star experience, but I still appreciate the efficient handling of the process.
