Interview
The hiring process was apt and full of challenges.
At first I received a call from the HR, she asked me some basic questions relating me and and the job opening. I received another call confirming my interest in the company.
The next call was from the CEO himself, He asked some logical and technical questions, He enquired ,what I wanted to do and how I can contribute as a tester, asked me to tell test cases for various scenarios.
He then invites me for a F2F interview.
The office was nice, I felt welcomed.
I was given a written test based on testing and my thinking ability. One of the core members of the development team then interviewed me. This round comprised of both technical and out of the box logical questions. I was then transferred to have a F2F with the CEO.
He asked me to test a live web app and determine bugs if it had any. He then asked me to test a particular module of their app and list some bugs if any.
I was then interviewed by the VP sales. He explained to me what was done there and how it was done. This was just a general discussion about me and my thinking ability.
After this the CEO called me and confirmed my selection, Later I was also interviewed by the COO, It was a general discussion as well.

I applied directly at Qorql and was invited for a F2F round. The interview was first taken by COO and then by many other members of the core team and at last by the CEO. They generally want to know that, are you a long run player. Most of the questions were focused on the past experiences. They also have a discussion about the product and their goals and how they expect you to help them.
