Interview
They do a phone interview first, then a personal interview. The give you a typing test and a quick billing document review test. My interviewer was very pleasant and professional, made me feel comfortable, and he answered all my questions. You get two tries for the typing test and they pick your highest score.

Interview
TWO INTERVIEWS-- IN PERSON. First an off base HR person calls you. They as like three questions, including "have you ever been fired from any place". Then you are taken to an in person interview. Following that you get one more in person interview and then you wait to hear back. It took about a month just from all the different interviews.
