I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (West Valley City, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
After applying for a position as a Route Service Representative based in the West Valley City, UT office, I was first contacted by someone at the Quest Diagnostics home office to do a phone screening interview. Having successfully completed the phone screening, an in-person interview was scheduled locally with the Logistics Supervisor. Having worked as a professional driver for many years, I was confident that I could learn and be successful in the role of an RSR at Quest Diagnostics. However, I think that I was not offered this position due to the supervisor being concerned about my knowledge of local geography being relatively new to the area, which personally I don't think should have been an issue.

I applied online. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Huntsville, AL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied on Indeed.com, was contacted by email to call and answer questions pertaining to why I am interested in this position. If they want to continue, you will get an email from a recruiter to set up an interview on site with Logistics manager. I went to interview and was called back for 2nd interview with same manager. In about a week the recruiter called me with an offer letter, contingent upon me passing a criminal background check, motor vehicle report check, and pass a drug screen. This all took about 1 week. I received an email stating I passed all the above and they welcomed to Quest Diagnostics as an employee. It all took from turning in resume to getting the job about 1 month. It is well worth it. Everyone is so nice. I can't wait to begin my career with such a gtlreat copany. I now call them my 2nd family! Awesome job and benefits. They really take care of you from uniform , pay, paid time off and great medical benefits including retirement with a 401K plan.
