Good. quick interview. have been working for the company for 3 years. Gave me a tour around the lab. Enjoyed it. The lab was very spacious and a lot space to grow.

very simple interview process. If you need a job, they will more than likely hire you Just don't be an idiot and smile a lot. Everything elso will fall into place. They pay is pretty crappy, but it's hella flexible as far as your schedule and required hours.
