After you apply within 24 hours you will be contact, by phone, text and email (they won't leave you alone) and then they will set you up wth an interview to meet the manager. You go to an office that looks like they just moved in and is super empty and talk with the manager about everything you talked to the person on the phone about (very repetitive).
