First is HR round - I got rejected in HR round because of communication but the experience was great. As I got rejected in HR round I didn't experienced other rounds. One thing I am sure of that they want candidates with good comms skills

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at R1 RCM
Interview
The company took 90 days to reach out to me after I submitted my initial application. The interview process was very long. 4 interviews total and each were 45 minutes long. They took over a week to get back to me about a decision.

Walk me through your past experience that you listed on your resume.
Tell me something about yourself that isn’t on your resume.
It was easy and straightforward only one round and i thoroughly enjoyed talking to each interviewer. mostly behavioral questions and no technical portion. It was definitely a Great experience overall.
Interview process was seamless, there were total 2 rounds of interview. Interviews were not so hard, there were bunch of easy questions related to domain. You can clearly pass the interviews if you have intermediate command over the domain.
